"Thank you, Lauri! You inspire me!
Thank you for taking me under your wing. Your support is tremendous! Know you are doing AMAZING work. Let’s break the silence on WBP!!!"
"Our plan worked out perfectly…many thanks for all your support!
Lauri, the result is exactly the outcome we had discussed. I am now
absolutely confident that things are moving in the right direction for me. The lines are now clear on both sides, and I feel relieved because there is a perspective again. I want to sincerely thank you for your support and advice. You provided clarity in the conversation with me, and without your guidance, the conversation would have certainly turned out differently. Indeed, the key was your advice on 'emotional separation.'"

“I had no idea there was a support group page for workplace bullying. Glad it exists so no one suffers in silence. I did as a child who was bullied all through school.
Now through this group if I experience a workplace bully I know
I can get support.”
“I wish I had this page early in my career when I was bullied in two different workplaces. Following this page has helped me unpack and understand how those early career traumas still affect me in my career today — mainly, that it wasn’t my fault and I shouldn’t have done anything differently. I’ve been able to re-write the thoughts and patterns in my head, realizing that poor leaders are the exception not the norm, and I’m of course equipped to watch out for workplace bullying and not be a bystander when I see it happen. Thanks for all the work you do!”

"Hello WBP, On World Mental Health Day, I wanted to say thank you for starting your page on LinkedIn.
After being bullied at work, cast out for no reason, being failed by HR & told I was the troublemaker, I do have a wry smile to myself that organizations make grandiose statements about the mental welfare of their employees.
However, after what I went through, it's been enlightening to have read your posts explaining the why & how of toxic workplace cultures. These have been great source of information in helping me rationalize what happened to me. On the flip side though, it's quite sad that so many people comment that this has also happened to them and that toxic cultures seem so pervasive in organizations.
Thanks for having our backs &
keep up the good work."
