Performance Improvement Plan/Warning Support
Responding appropriately to a PIP is critical to setting the tone for your success and maintaining control of your livelihood. Lauri will guide you in preparing a response that sets you up for success along with regular, structured check-ins throughout the PIP period to ensure you satisfy the objectives and requirements of the PIP.

Performance Review Preparation and Response
The performance review is a critical activity to ensure you remain in good standing with the organization. Bullies will use the review to lie about your performance and set the stage to potentially place you on a PIP. Receiving support from Lauri will ensure you stay at least ten steps ahead of the person bullying you.
