These Product Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, download and use of digital products offered by Workplace Bullying Project LLC ("WBP").

By purchasing, downloading or accessing any WBP digital product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Product Terms & Conditions.

Educational Purpose

WBP digital products are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, WBP does not provide legal advice, psychotherapy, counseling or any other mental health services. Our educational resources are intended to support learning, informed decision-making and professional preparation. They are not a substitute for advice or services provided by appropriately qualified legal, medical, mental health or other professionals.

License to Use

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product for your own personal use or your own professional reference.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property. All ownership rights remain with Workplace Bullying Project LLC.

A single purchase provides one license for one individual. Unless Workplace Bullying Project LLC has provided prior written permission, products may not be shared among multiple individuals, organizations, teams or training participants.

Intellectual Property

All WBP digital products, including but not limited to methodologies, frameworks, models, terminology, curriculum, guides, worksheets, assessments, visual resources, graphics, branding and written materials, remain the intellectual property of Workplace Bullying Project LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws.

Unless Workplace Bullying Project LLC has provided prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce any product in whole or in part.

• Share, distribute or upload products to any website, platform or shared drive.

• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit any product.

• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on WBP materials.

• Remove copyright notices, trademarks or other proprietary markings.

No license is granted to teach, reproduce, commercialize or incorporate the WBP Methodology™, frameworks, models or other proprietary intellectual property into your own educational programs, products or services unless Workplace Bullying Project LLC has provided prior written permission.

Nothing in these Product Terms & Conditions grants any certification, practitioner status, teaching rights, commercial license or permission to use WBP intellectual property beyond the limited license expressly described herein. Separate written agreements govern participation in WBP certification programs, practitioner permissions and any authorized use of WBP intellectual property.

 

Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address

and ensure your ability to access downloaded materials.

It is also your responsibility to download and retain a

copy of your purchased digital product after delivery.

 

Refund Policy

Because WBP products consist of immediately accessible digital

educational resources, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

If a purchased product cannot be delivered or accessed due to a verified technical issue that cannot reasonably be resolved, WBP may, at its sole discretion,

provide a replacement product or issue a refund.

 

Limitation of Liability

WBP makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate, thoughtful and high-quality educational resources. However, no guarantee is made regarding the completeness, accuracy or applicability of any product to your individual circumstances.

By using WBP products, you acknowledge that you are

responsible for your own decisions, actions and outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Workplace Bullying Project LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to the purchase, download or use of its digital products.

 

Changes to These Terms

Workplace Bullying Project LLC reserves the right to

modify these Product Terms & Conditions at any time.

The version published on our website at the time of purchase governs that purchase.

These Product Terms & Conditions apply to all WBP digital products unless otherwise stated for a specific product, program or service.
