Why is there an application process?

The application process helps ensure the program is a good fit for both you and the WBP professional community. It also allows us to maintain the integrity of the professional credential and designation awarded through the program.

Who is this program designed for?

The WBP Certified Practitioner™ Program is designed for professionals who want to develop specialized knowledge and practical skills to support individuals experiencing workplace bullying and abuse. We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds who are willing to develop the professional judgment required to apply the WBP Methodology™.

Is this the only time the WBP Certified Practitioner™ Program will be offered?

No. The Founder's Circle represents the inaugural cohort of the WBP Certified Practitioner™ Program, not the only opportunity to participate. Future cohorts are anticipated as the WBP Education Ecosystem™ continues to grow. The Founder's Circle includes a unique opportunity to learn alongside the program's creator, Lauri Lillie, provide feedback that helps shape the future of the program and receive several benefits that are exclusive to this inaugural cohort.

Can I apply if I'm currently experiencing workplace bullying?

If you are currently experiencing significant workplace bullying or abuse, we generally encourage you to focus first on your own safety, stabilization and recovery before pursuing practitioner education. If you're unsure whether this is the right time, we're happy to help you explore your options.

Is tuition refundable?

Tuition for the WBP Certified Practitioner™ Program is non-refundable

once your enrollment has been accepted and payment has been processed.

Is the Certified Workplace Bullying & Abuse Practitioner™ credential a professional license?

No. The Certified Workplace Bullying & Abuse Practitioner™ credential is a private professional credential awarded by Workplace Bullying Project LLC following successful completion of Stage One of the WBP Certified Practitioner™ Program.

Can I teach the WBP Methodology™ or train other practitioners after completing the program?

No. Successful completion of the WBP Certified Practitioner™ Program authorizes you to apply the WBP Methodology™ within your own professional practice, consistent with the WBP Scope of Practice™. It does not authorize participants to teach the WBP Methodology™, deliver WBP educational programs, certify other practitioners or represent themselves as instructors or trainers on behalf of Workplace Bullying Project LLC or WorkWise HQ.

Do I have to complete Stage Two?

No. Stage One is a complete professional education program that leads to the Certified Workplace Bullying & Abuse Practitioner™ credential. Stage Two is an optional advanced development pathway for participants who wish to continue building their professional competency and earn the WBP Practitioner™ designation.

What happens if I don't successfully complete the program?

Participants who do not successfully complete the required program components will not be awarded the applicable credential.

What is the expected time commitment?

Most participants should expect to dedicate several hours each week to watching educational content, completing learning activities, participating in live sessions and preparing for assessments. The Founder's Circle Preview Materials includes a tentative program schedule to help you plan your time and understand the overall learning journey.

Can I apply if I live outside the United States?

Yes. We welcome applications from professionals around the world.
